Best Historic Site 

1.Cahokia Mouds State Historic Site (Collinsville, IL)

The remains of the most sophisticated prehistoric native civilization north of Mexico are preserved at Cahokia Mounds located just across the river from St. Louis, MO.

2.The Mark Twain Boyhood Home & Museum (Hannibal, MO)

The Mark Twain Home Foundation promotes awareness of the life and works of Mark Twain and demonstrates the relevance of his stories and ideas to citizens of the world.

3.Vicksburg National Military Park (Vicksburg, MS)

Over 1400 monuments and memorials dot the landscape at Vicksburg, each a work of art honoring the veterans of the siege.  Living History brings the story of Vicksburg to life.

4.Graceland (Memphis, TN)

Fully immerse yourself in Elvis’ life and career like never before at Elvis Presley’s Memphis as you experience Elvis’ roots, his influences, and his artistry.

5.Grandad Bluff (La Crosse, WI)

Grandad Park opened in 1912 and is the largest bluff in the La Crosse area. It is well-known for its scenic overlook of La Crosse and several bluffside hiking trail.
